General terms and conditions of sale
The commercial relationship between NR COSMETIC and all persons placing an order on www.nrcosmetic.ch the NR COSMETIC website is governed by the following conditions.
Delivery and shipping costs
The customer pays the delivery costs of CHF 8 or 10 depending on the weight of the order. Shipping costs are free for all orders over CHF 110.
NR COSMETIC delivers ONLY in Switzerland. The delivery is made by parcel service of the Swiss Post. Orders are processed until Tuesday evening of each week (except in case of holidays) and are shipped within 15 days following the receipt of payment by bank transfer or TWINT (the delay varies depending on available stocks). NR COSMETIC reserves the right to extend the shipping time in case of necessity (restocking, soap cure or others). The customer will be notified if the delay exceeds 15 days.
In the event that NR COSMETIC is unable to deliver the goods ordered within 15 working days and has notified the customer, the customer may cancel the order by sending an e-mail to shop@nrcosmetic.ch mentioning the references of the order. This cancellation shall only be taken into account if it reaches NR COSMETIC 24 hours before the goods ordered are handed over to the post office. The customer shall be reimbursed within the following 15 days. Failing this, the order may no longer be cancelled. The customer will not be reimbursed and will receive his order when it is deliverable or will be reimbursed if NR COSMETIC can no longer deliver the product.
If the customer collects the goods directly from NR COSMETIC - Rue du Collège 18 - 1912 Leytron, no shipping costs will be charged. The amount of the order shall also be paid before delivery by bank transfer or TWINT to the account of NR COSMETIC.
Conclusion of the sales contract
When ordering via www.nrcosmetic.chThe ordering procedure consists of a total of 5 steps:
- The customer selects the desired goods.
- The customer indicates the delivery address and selects the desired payment method.
- The customer sends the order and receives an e-mail confirming receipt of the order without delay.
- The customer pays the invoice by bank transfer or TWINT.
- The customer receives his order within 15 days without any news from NR COSMETIC.
NR COSMETIC sells products exclusively to customers of legal age. The customer ensures that he/she has provided accurate information and is therefore liable to NR COSMETIC for any damage caused by incorrect information (such as the impossibility of delivery due to an error in the address provided by the customer).
The order placed by the customer shall constitute a firm offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract in accordance with the ordering procedures provided by NR COSMETIC. Once validated by the customer, this order cannot be withdrawn without the acceptance of a formal request to cancel the order sent to shop@nrcosmetic.ch. NR COSMETIC reserves the right to accept or refuse, without giving reasons, any request for cancellation of an order from a customer. NR COSMETIC shall communicate its decision of acceptance or refusal by an e-mail sent to the address indicated by the customer in the order.In the event of a refusal or cancellation, the customer's claims against NR COSMETIC shall be limited to the return of the advance payment.
The stock status of the products displayed on www.nrcosmetic.ch is given as an indication only. In addition, the photos, descriptions and characteristics of the products shown on www.nrcosmetic.ch are not contractual.NR COSMETIC asks the customer to keep in mind that all products are handmade and natural, it is normal to observe differences from one product to another such as variations in colour, content or clarity.
The customer is obliged to respect the expiry date of the product. NR COSMETIC declines all responsibility in the event of use of the product after the expiry date.
Returns and refunds
Upon receipt of the order by the customer, the latter shall immediately inspect the goods delivered to identify any apparent defects (product delivered not corresponding to the product ordered, packaging defects, any missing products, etc.). The client must check the conformity of the goods delivered and immediately notify NR COSMETIC (shop@nrcosmetic.ch) of any defect within a maximum of 5 days. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
In the rare event that damaged goods are received, please return the non-conforming goods in their original unopened container or packaging. The return of goods must be preceded by the acceptance of a return request submitted by the customer to shop@nrcosmetic.ch.
For defective products returned, the customer has the choice between the following two options:
- A cash refund of the value of the defective product(s).
- Replacement of the defective product(s) by standard exchange or by the supply of a product of equivalent value.
Prices and payment methods
The prices in force are those indicated at the time of the order and are only valid in Switzerland. They are expressed in Swiss francs and include all taxes.
An order via www.nrcosmetic.ch implies an advance payment of the order amount and fees. Accepted payments are:
- Bank transfers.
- Payment by TWINT.

Data protection
We collect, process, use and store the personal data of the customer for each order in accordance with the relevant legal provisions on data protection for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. This data will not be passed on to third parties.
Responsibilities
The total or partial impossibility of using an NR COSMETIC product due to incompatibility of the product (for example in the event of an allergy) shall not give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or liability on the part of NR COSMETIC. NR COSMETIC shall only be liable for direct damage which the customer proves to have been caused by a serious fault of NR COSMETIC. In the event that NR COSMETIC is liable, this liability shall be limited to the price of the product concerned.
Each cosmetic product purchased by the customer must be tested on the forearm for 24 hours. If no reaction occurs after this period, the customer may use the product on the whole body. In the event of an allergic reaction, NR COSMETIC accepts no responsibility.
