Apply with light massages once or twice a day to the entire foot area, paying particular attention to the heels and dry areas. For best results, apply the balm in the evening just before going to bed, put socks on top and leave overnight.

Take advantage of this time to practice an anchoring exercise while you are attending to your feet.

After massaging your feet to apply the balm, sit comfortably, breathe deeply and relax. Imagine roots extending from under your feet to the centre of the Earth. Your roots gently wrap around the core of the Earth and bring you its energy. Bring this energy up through your roots into your body, your whole body. Circulate this earth energy throughout your body and feel its strength and comfort.

Now imagine a beam of light going from the top of your head to the heart of the Universe. Through this beam, breathe in universal love, peace and calm. Spread this light everywhere in the smallest corners of your body and then breathe out through your heart. Feel the well-being and harmony between Heaven and Earth.
