Rub the shampoo into the scalp until the lather forms and then massage the scalp. Rinse hair with clean water, rubbing the foam into the lengths as you rinse.
Mix two tablespoons (three if your hair is oily and/or has dandruff) of cider vinegar with one litre of water in a bottle. Once a week, rinse your shampoo with fresh water first, then rinse your hair again with the vinegar water (tip = put your head down). Doesn't leave a smell but adds shine and softness by tightening the scales of your hair.
Leave your solid shampoo to dry between uses on a soap dish that allows water to drain away or in the shampoo net In the net, preservation is optimal and product losses are limited.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest or get in eyes. Do not use on children under 3 years of age.

Then massage your temples, ears and neck in small circular motions. Now without soap, continue by massaging your forehead with your fingers and stretching the skin towards the temples, then the rest of the face in small circular motions. Finally, quickly sweep the rest of the body down to the tips of your feet. Feel a sense of well-being, vitality, confidence. Feel capable of anything.

Sodium coco isethionate A very mild surfactant derived from coconut oil. It is well tolerated by the scalp and provides a rich, creamy lather.
Vegetable glycerin : of vegetable origin, of high quality and guaranteed without GMO. It moisturises the hair.
Rhassoul : Moroccan volcanic clay also known as "washing earth". It purifies the scalp, absorbs grease and impurities while respecting the hydrolipidic film of the hair.
Organic coconut vegetable oil: rich in vitamin E, K and iron, it nourishes your hair and makes it denser. It nourishes and smoothes the hair fibre, making the hair shiny and strong.
White clay : Gently absorbs excess sebum and impurities and restores shine to tired hair
Provitamin B5 : repairs and strengthens hair from root to tip. Coats the hair, making it stronger, shinier and easier to comb without making it greasy or heavy. - Helps hair to grow. Soothes sensitive scalps.
Phytokeratin : strengthens the structure and maintains the moisture content of the hair. Makes hair soft and shiny.
Vitamin E : protects oils and butters against rancidity.
Organic jojoba vegetable oil: rebalances the scalp by normalising sebum production. Restores vitality to the hair, brings shine, suppleness and beauty. Fights against hair loss. Nourishes the hair.
